All children need a permanent home. Pathway helps prospective adoptive parents connect with children who need a permanent home.
- Foster to Adopt Program
Parents complete foster and adoption training with licensing and home study process. Child comes as a foster child and is adopted by
the foster parents. Case management and educational programs are offered to help prepare families for the lifelong journey of
adoption.
