Comprised of dedicated community volunteers, the Pathway Board of Directors establishes the organization’s mission and policies and oversees general operations. Standing committees supervise and review the various aspects of the program. In addition, the Board of Directors monitors the fiscal integrity of the organization and establishes the annual budget. It is the primary planning, development, and fund-raising body.
