Giving to Pathway

Pathway Caring for Children is dedicated to serving abused, neglected, abandoned, and troubled children. We provide our children with constructive home environments, in our Family Homes and foster homes. Our goal is to help the children to grow and mature knowing they are persons of real worth and are valued by the community.

Perhaps you have thought about donating to Pathway Caring for Children. We have many different opportunities for you to make an impact on the lives of children. There are so many things the children need that cannot be provided with the public funds available to us. Without the gifts of our supporters, we could not do this work. Too many needs of the children would go unmet.

  • We send children to various summer camps each year.
  • We have respite for children and families so placements are not disrupted.
  • Pathway supplies emergency medical and clothing needs for children not covered by the usual government funds.
  • We give our foster caregivers extra support with trained child care workers who provide help – drive children to school or doctor when parents are at work, help with homework, or mentor.
  • Allow children to experience nature and educational field trips – to the zoo, Adventure Place, Cleveland Science Museum, McKinley Monument and Museum, or a walk in the park.
  • Summer time community give back projects where the youth help by cleaning the neighborhood, visit people at nursing homes, or growing vegetables and donating the produce to the Food Bank.

These are just some of the programs you can help to fund with your financial support.
