Current Support Groups

Our Post-Adoption and Kinship support groups offer holistic outreach to our families and their children. Pre-registration is required for each. Please contact our office at 330.493.0083 for more information. 
Connected Family

Running six sessions either in the Fall or Spring, this group is for the whole adoptive or kinship family to help build trusting relationships through fun and interactive activities. Time is given for children and parents to support one another.

Adoptive and Kinship Mother's Breakfast Group

Meets monthly on the second Saturday from 9:30a.m.-12:00p.m. at Pathway's Dressler Office to help adoptive and kinship mothers connect on common joys and challenges, learn new strategies for parenting children from hard beginnings, and provide emotional support for each other. Kinship Connections

Share with others who understand your unique needs with raising extended family. Meets the first Thursday of each month from 9:30a.m. to 11:30a.m.

Adoptive & Kinship Dads Group

Meeting the third Thursday of every month from 6-8pm, this group allows men to connect and share with other Dads who understand the dynamics of adoptive and kinship families.

Holmes County Adoptive Moms Support Group

Meets monthly on the second Friday from 9-11am at Grace Church in Millersburg, OH to help adoptive and kinship mothers connect on common joys and challenges, learn new strategies for parenting children from hard beginnings, and provide emotional support for each other. Adoptive and Foster Parent Group

You are not alone in parenting children from a hard place- join others who can understand your struggles & rejoice in the successes! Meeting the first Thursday of each month from 7-8:30pm at Smithville Mennonite Church.
