Post-Adoption & Kinship Support - No Matter The Distance

We would like to offer our Adoptive Moms and Kinship & Grandparent Support Groups via Zoom. Zoom is a video conferencing platform that allows multiple parties to connect in real time. It would be very similar to the support groups we offer, but from the comfort of your own home, back yard, or anywhere you choose! This would be available to you at no charge.

If you are interested, please email mgirdlestone@pathwaycfc.org for more information
