Teresa is a Licensed Social Worker experience providing assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling services across hospital, school-based, and community settings. She most recently served as an Emergency Department Social Worker, where she conducted comprehensive psychosocial assessments, supported patients in crisis, coordinated with interdisciplinary teams, and facilitated discharge planning and community referrals.
Her background also includes experience as a School-Based and Community Therapist, where she provided individual, family, and group counseling services and collaborated closely with educators and families to support students’ emotional and behavioral needs.
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Cleveland State University and is committed to creating safe, supportive environments that foster social and emotional growth.
