Helping Young Adults Succeed!
In 2018 Pathway became a Bridges program provider. The child welfare system is no stranger to challenges and adapting to meet the ever-growing needs, and this program provides extra support to young adults ages 18-21 who have aged out of foster care.
Pathway staff and liaisons provide more support and resources to Bridges clients which include housing, financial assistance, employment and life skills, and furthering their educational opportunities- all to help young adults succeed and achieve their goals.
The program is designed to help young adults who may have limited support networks, financial resources, and life skills due to their time in foster care. By providing these resources and support, Bridges to Success aims to help these young adults achieve their full potential and lead successful lives.
