  • Feel YOUR feelings!
  • Don’t let the negative thoughts overpower the positive thoughts.
  • Play some games.
  • Listen to music.
  • Take some deep breaths.
  • Try to exercise.
  • Ground with your 5 senses and use “I” statements. (I see… I feel… I smell… I hear… I taste)
  • Get into a routine.
  • Just hang out with the friends you enjoy most!
