Case Managers
Case Management provides advocacy, support, and guidance to a child and family with the goal of improving their ability to succeed in school, home, work and/or the community. A case manager will work with the child and family to identify and access needed services to empower them. Case managers and therapists work closely as a team to provide comprehensive individualized treatment to children and families.
