Sarah Dunn

Licensed Professional Counselor
Sarah Dunn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works primarily with children and adolescents. Her specialty interests include anxiety, child hood trauma with trauma-informed care, adult women who struggled with DV and abuse, and youth navigating life transitions. Sarah earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University (2025) and her M.Ed. from The University of Akron (2012). She became fully licensed as an LPC on May 29, 2025, and is trained in QPR suicide prevention and Mental Health First Aid.
She has extensive experience supporting youth in school and community settings, including clients coping with trauma, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. Her approach is compassionate, solution-focused, narrative, and trauma-informed, incorporating CBT and DBT skills. Sarah is known for her empathy, humor, and affirming approach, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space as a proud LGBTQIA+ ally.
