Mental Health Groups for Children, Teens, and Families
Mental Health Therapy Groups help children and teens manage emotions, strengthen social skills, learn coping skills, build confidence, connect with peers, and build resilience with the support of trained mental health professionals.
Groups are offered all year long- evening hours during the school year and daytime hours over the Summer.

Art Therapy
Children of all ages
Art is so much more than making something pretty — it helps individuals express emotions, build confidence, reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen problem-solving skills. Creative activities like art therapy also encourage self-expression and emotional healing in a fun and supportive environment.

Behavioral Health Respite
OhioRISE plan enrolled children ages 3-17
This program provides short-term and temporary relief to primary caregivers of an OhioRISE plan enrolled child. It is designed to promote and preserve healthy relationships for you and your family.

Growth Group
Children 7-14 years old
Ongoing group with different curriculum themes focused on personal growth, relationship growth, growing our skills and potential.
Held at Pathway’s Canton office.

Independent Living
Teens ages 11-17 years old
This group is geared toward teens to learn, apply, and have fun while engaging in essential life skills. We support teens in exploring what they love—creating a fun space to connect, learn, and thrive!

Little Skill Builders
Early Childhood ages 3-5 years old
This group is held in the Summer. Focusing on Building skills to handle big feelings and solve problems. Children learn:
- Play skills & taking turns
- Identifying and expressing feelings
- Problem solving through play
- Listening and following directions
- Handling transtions
- Body control and calming strategies

Strengthening Families
Families: Caregivers and Children ages 3-16
This group brings families together to improve communication, bonding, and resilience with fun, interactive sessions for youth and adults.

Triple P Parenting
Triple P is FREE and open to all parents.
These trainings aim to promote positive, caring relationships between parents and their children. Parents will develop effective management strategies for dealing with a variety of childhood behavioral and emotional challenges and common developmental issues. Virtual Trainings online.

TRUST Camp
Teens ages 13-17 years old
An unforgettable week of growth, adventure, and connection. At TRUST Adventure Therapy Camp, teens build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and form meaningful relationships through activities like horseback riding, canoeing, swimming, hiking, and more—all guided by Pathway’s experienced clinical team.

Whispering Grace Horses
Children ages 10 and up
This group runs throughout the Summer in partnership with Whispering Grace Horses in Massillon Ohio. This group offers a unique environment where children, therapists, and case managers can work together on communication, trust, and relationship goals in ways that go beyond a traditional office setting.
