2025-2027 Strategic Plan
Pathway Caring for Children is committed to providing high-quality care and support for children and families. To ensure we continue making a lasting impact, we recently completed a year-long strategic planning process to guide our work from 2025 to 2027.
This plan was developed with valuable input from our Board members, clients, staff, donors, stakeholders, and community partners. Their insights helped shape our direction and ensure that our services align with the needs of those we serve. Mark Plaster from Markwood Partners led us through this process with expertise and care.
Pathway’s three-year Strategic Plan focuses on five key priorities:
❤️ Financial Stability – Expanding and diversifying funding sources while maximizing revenue from mental health services.
❤️ Program Growth – Aligning services with community needs, expanding into Wayne and Cuyahoga counties, and improving data tracking and reporting.
❤️ Staff Development – Strengthening our ability to recruit, retain, and support our dedicated staff while enhancing our organizational culture.
❤️ Business Processes – Strengthening marketing efforts and upgrading technology to enhance service delivery and outreach.
❤️ Community Partnerships – Exploring new collaborations and strategic partnerships to increase our impact.
With this plan in place, our team has already begun implementing action steps to bring these goals to life. Every decision we make will be guided by these priorities, ensuring we stay focused on helping children heal from trauma and find stability and hope.
As we move forward, Pathway remains dedicated to serving children and families. This plan will help us strengthen and expand our services so we can continue changing lives for years to come.
