Lisa Lash is a Licensed Social Worker with ewith 18 years of experience. I have worked with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, school-age children, youth and transitioning teens in both rural and urban communities.
My most recent work has been in rural areas, supporting families and children managing mental health challenges. I believe that our interaction with others are important, as they can have a defining effect on trauma and healing.
I utilize a trauma-informed approach and enjoy supporting students by using Solution-Focused Therapy. I also hold a certification from the University of California East Bay, Center for Cognitive Diversity in Trauma-Informed Care as a Trauma-Informed Specialist. My goal is to create a supportive, empathetic space where clients can heal and thrive.
