Traditional Foster Care
Provide a stable, nurturing home while the Ohio child welfare system works toward a path to permanency.
Learn About Types of Foster Care »Foster-to-Adopt
The goal is always to get a foster child home. But sometimes this cannot happen. Pathway’s dual licensure enables you to be a permanency option when a child cannot be with their biological family.
Everything to Know About Dual Licensure »Kinship Care
Relatives and close family friends can become licensed caregivers for a child they know. Becoming a licensed Pathway foster parent when providing kinship care gives you access to greater resources including financial reimbursement, respite care, free training, and the guidance of a dedicated case manager.
Learn About Kinship Support »Specialized Treatment Care
This is what Pathway is known for and what we do best. Getting a therapeutic license enables you to meet higher level needs such as medical needs, those needing greater emotional or mental health support, and children who are part of a sibling group. This extra training opens you up to helping any child.
